- Parody is "fair use", especially when used as a critique of an original.
- Political commentary is afforded the highest level of First Amendment protection. (Your guy should understand this, since his concept of "free speech" includes threatening people's personal safety.)
- There is no credible likelihood of brand confusion, because:
- The design contains a copyright notice indicating someone other than The Trump Organization.
- The font used by your material is a serif font, such as Times New Roman, whereas this design uses a sans-serif font.
- The obverse image of the disgraced former president behind prison bars, combined with the text, "TRUMP FOR PRISON," is diametrically opposed to your promotion of Trump.
