Privacy Policy

1. This web server keeps log files of all HTTP requests per the default configuration of all standard web servers, however I will not use the entries for any purpose other than to diagnose problems with the site or investigate abuse.
2. I don't care who you are.  I will not make any attempt to determine who you are when you visit this site.
3. This site uses cookies as an integral part of the content management system.  You can, and I encourage you to, configure your browser to be selective about accepting cookies from various sites, however refusing cookies for this site may affect your ability to use my contact form.
4. This site may, at some point, use a third party advertising service.  The advertisements will not appear on the home page or this ToS page, so you will have notice about them and the opportunity to discontinue accessing this site without loading any remote content.
5. In the aftermath of the September 11th terrorist attacks the tyrants in Congress passed the so-called "USA PATRIOT Act" which gives them astronomical investigative powers, including the power to issue National Security Letters and Section 215 Orders.  In the event such a letter or order is issued, they may inspect the logs of this site and I will not know about it.  If you require privacy, you may consider browsing the web through The Onion Router.
